Growing Up

I'm beginning to branch out from the familiar territority of babies and young kids. This is D., my first unofficial senior (because she really is a junior). D.'s been our babysitter for many years, and I can't believe how she's grown. I enjoyed her session so much because in the back of my mind I could still picture her as the 11 year old kid helping my kindergartener off the bus.
Well, Miss D., you're one talented kid, and in my eyes you'll always be the "big sister" to my girls!

Perfection

That's the only thing that comes to mind when I see this image. This little 18 month old was perfect from head to toe. The best part was watching her dance to "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star". It's amazing what a little music can do! So, my challenge to you, is to crank up the tunes and dance...either alone or with your kids. It's sure to make you smile!

Brother and Sister

Unscripted, unprompted, and unrehearsed...it's moments like this between siblings that make a session a success. Is this really how this brother and sister feel toward each other? Sure it is. Somewhere deep inside each of us is the need to lean on our siblings, our families. As Thanksgiving approaches, I'm reminded how important my family is and how thankful I am to have a shoulder to lean on!

HO HO HO!

So, if all the stores are getting ready for Christmas, I may as well too! This little guy is about to celebrate his First Christmas, and there is nothing like seeing the joys of the holiday through the eyes of little ones. All my holiday sessions are booked, and I am working on getting all my deliveries ready for Santa's elves! Remember to check in often to get your sneak peek!

Vacuums

The best thing about what I do is getting to meet these little people that have the most amazing personalities. This little guy knew everything, and I mean everything, about vacuums! They just made him smile. So, instead of talking about The Wiggles, we talked about Dysons, Hoovers, and Dirt Devils! I will never be able to vacuum again without a smile on my face, and I have my friend S to thank for that!
